Everyone loves that post workout feeling but fitting exercise into our busy lives might feel overwhelming and difficult to keep up.
Perky Pilates was designed with a simple idea: workout only 30 minutes per day and each series targets a specific part of the body.
Every exercise is carefully selected to work different angles and muscles to make sure you get the best out of each minute.
The workouts are colour coded so you can easily create your own routine or simply follow our weekly updated plan.
