Add to your calendar
What time of the day do you feel more energised? When are you able to set up 30 minutes to exercise?
Treat your workout just like you would a job. Meaning they're scheduled in your calendar and blocked out.
Money is important but so your health. Make time for it!
Track your progress
While having a fitness routine is GREAT, tracking your progress is where the real results live.
There are many ways you can document and track your fitness journey:
Take progress photos: Taking pictures of your body from the front, back and sides is a good way to keep a record of your progress. Weekly or monthly photos should be taken at the same time, every time.
Fitness Tracking Apps: Fitness watches such as the FitBit or Apple Watch allows you to track your fitness so you don't have to do any of the work. Here a few apps I can recommend : MyFitnessPal, FitNotes and Strongly.
To build muscle definition you need to create progressive overload which means doing the same exercise week after week and progressing them.
Every week you get a new workout on our week plan and will also repeat previous ones.
This is important so you can not only familiarise with the exercises but also notice when you need to upgrade them. If it feels easier it means you are getting stronger!
It's time to change your weights or alternatively add one more workout to your routine.
