Before your class

The Pilates studio sessions include Reformer, Wunda Chair and Cardio Trampoline and will take your Pilates practice to another level by adding resistance with the use of springs, bouncing and cardio! Sessions are tailored to your needs , passions and goals...tell me your plan and we'll make it happen! Before the session: - Please wear grippy socks to do exercises; - I set aside a minimum of 15 minutes between sessions to allow for thorough cleaning of all equipment and touchpoints ahead of the next session.
