Whether you are going skiing this holiday or not I have the perfect workout to strengthen your quadriceps, inner thighs and bum bum and work your balance!

All you need is 2 sliders and 2 dumbbells and you can easily use a small towels ( for wooden floor) or plastic plates (carpet) instead.
